Anderson Carpet, Wood and Tile company is a MUST when you are looking for carpet cleaning and carpet stretching. We are selling our home and needed stretching as our carpeted rooms had wrinkles. We also added deep cleaning to all carpeted areas. Travis was on time, professional and quick! I figured it would take all day but he finished 7 rooms in 4 hours. The carpets look brand new! Lisa the owner answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of information explaining the cleaning process. She answered every time I called. A very professional and knowledgeable company!

Michael has cleaned my carpets twice now and does a better job than any of the competitors! He is professional and got my carpets really clean even deep seated stains. I was able to schedule an appointment of the very next day, unheard of nowadays. I will continue use them for carpet cleaning services with little and a 65 lb dog!

Anderson Carpet Cleaning was great! Travis came out in a timely manner, cleaned all our carpets and special treated various areas. Some of the stains reappeared after the carpet dried (which is a common occurrence depending on the spot). Travis came back out and took care of those areas promptly. Now even the areas with stubborn stains look like new. We will not hesitate to rehire them in the future!

Phenomenal experience, start to finish!Commencing with the helpful, efficient and cheerful interaction with Rachel, when scheduling our appointment, we had a good feeling about this company. Our technician, Moses, was the epitome of courteous professionalism and skill. He notified us when en route, arrived at the promised time, navigated our Great Dane and Malinois with calm good humor as we wrangled them, and exorcised demon stains inflicted on carpets over the last 40 years. The cleanup left the place looking better than it had before he arrived -- and his work on the carpets was top shelf, too! Not only do we recommend Them, we'll be engaging them for semi-annual upkeep. This company and service team set the example for excellence!

Fantastic service...the real deal! Called them in a panic after another carpet cleaner used deodorizer on our wool carpets. The smell permeated the entire house and just wouldn't let up. We have a newborn and couldn't chance him breathing in chemicals.Anderson was out within 24 hours and used steam to rinse the carpet 3 times, removing the leftover deodorizer and other residue that the first cleaner left behind. The exhausting smell is gone! Super responsive on Yelp and our technician was on time, professional and super knowledgeable. 5 stars!

I have been using Anderson Carpet Cleaning for many years. Their work is always top notch, their employees are all very polite and professional, and they are always on time for their appointments and are careful not to damage doors, woodwork, etc. with their equipment. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!
