When you schedule a cleaning, Lisa or one of her trusted team members walks you through the process from the very first call. We begin each appointment with a quick home tour to understand your priorities, then get right to work — starting at the farthest point and carefully working our way out. Our truck-mounted system connects to your outdoor water spigot and heats water up to 220°F for powerful, safe steam cleaning.
Wastewater is contained in our own storage tanks for proper disposal, leaving your home clean and chemical-free. We use protective mats, corner guards, and shoe covers to respect your home and floors throughout the process. Most carpets dry within hours, and Lisa’s team is happy to share tips to help maintain the results long after the job is done.
