On arrival, our technicians begin with a quick walk-through of your home. This is your chance to point out any specific spots or problem areas you'd like us to focus on. In two-story homes, we typically start upstairs and work our way down. This allows us to clean efficiently and exit through the front door without backtracking—keeping things clean and streamlined.
Next, we connect our equipment from the van parked in your driveway directly to your home. We hook up to your outdoor water spigot and begin heating the water to around 210°F—similar to steam cleaning. Our powerful hoses and tools are then strategically placed throughout your home to maximize coverage without disrupting your space.
As we clean, dirty water and residue are extracted and pumped into a separate 100-gallon wastewater tank in our van. This system ensures that used water is completely isolated from the clean water supply. The result? A deep, hygienic clean with no mess left behind and minimal impact on your home’s routine.

Steam cleaning doesn't actually "lift" carpet fibers—it uses heat and moisture to relax compressed fibers, allowing them to spring back toward their original shape as they dry. The hot water extraction process temporarily softens synthetic polymers in the carpet, making matted areas appear fuller and more upright.
