As always, I just had all my carpets cleaned by Anderson Carpet Cleaning, and they are beautiful (as always)!  I can't recommend Anderson highly enough. Lisa is wonderful to work with, and Henry always does a spectacular job.

Incredible customer service. Sent a request for an estimate and received a text message from Lisa within minutes.  Was able to schedule a service timely and Jose did a great job on the carpets.  Carpets were not excessively wet and didn't take too long to dry. Great experience and would definitely use them again as well as refer to family/friends.

I have used this company twice now and I've been more than satisfied both times ! Lisa is so sweet and it's easy to get something scheduled. They come on time, finish within a couple hours and do an amazing job. I have three children, so things can get really messy at my house, but they are able to lift up all stains and spots. Definitely recommend.

We used Anderson to do two things as we prepared to move into a new house. First, they cleaned the hardwood floors in the new house. Second, they helped clean a sofa of ours that we've had for a few years and was in need of a good cleaning. We couldn't be happier with the results. On the hardwood floors, Jose came out to take a look and gave us a good rundown of the process, precautions to take after the word was done, and general advice on how to keep the floors in good shape after the work was done. The work was great and removed a lot of dirt, old paint, and other damage from the floor. That includes an accident the previous owner had with a red marker in their kids room that got wet and stained a large portion of the wood in one of the bedrooms. They were able to get the entire stain out of the floor! On the sofa, it too had some paint stains from over a year ago and we figured it would be unlikely that all of it would come out. But the Anderson folks were able to get it out and the couch smells and looks great! We'll definitely be looking to use Anderson next time we need a good cleaning on our carpet, wood, tile, or sofa.

We have used these guys twice now for move-in/move-out carpet cleaning. Both times we had a good experience, so I figured I owed them a review. Their technicians were profesional and knowledgeable. On our last service we added a last-minute request which they kindly accommodated. The scheduling is always a breeze and Lisa, the owner is super on top of things and friendly. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about Henry and the service provided. 1. It was super easy to schedule an appointment via Yelp messages, and they were able to squeeze me in with less than a week notice. 2. Henry (the technician) was on-time and super efficient. I was also dealing with a crying newborn, and he worked around it no problem! 3. I feel so much better with a newborn now that our upholstery has been deep cleaned, and it looks great! Thanks again!

I'm very impressed and satisfied with the professionalism and work of Anderson Cleaning Company! They were communicative and clear throughout the whole process, and helpful with any questions we had. Our townhome was neglected by the previous tenants, so the stains on the carpet were everywhere. After some miscommunications about which areas needed to be cleaned, one of the cleaners, Jose, saw the condition of our townhome and did one extra area for no added charge and for the miscommunications. Lisa called throughout the process to make sure everything was personally taken care of, and we couldn't be happier with the entire process and cleaning! Thank you!
