Preparing your home before your cleaning appointment helps everything go smoother, faster, and more efficiently. Use our contact form to let us know which services you’re interested in—carpet cleaning, tile & grout, upholstery, area rugs, or more—and share any areas of concern such as pet stains, odors, heavy traffic areas, or delicate furniture.
I will review your request, answer your questions, and provide helpful preparation tips before your appointment. From moving small items and identifying problem areas to discussing access, drying times, and expectations, we’re here to make the entire process simple, stress-free, and seamless for your home or business.

Appointment Preparation Guide
To ensure the best possible results and a smooth appointment, please review the following preparation guidelines prior to your scheduled service:
🔧 BEFORE WE ARRIVE
✔ Turn Up the Heat
Please set your thermostat to a comfortable, warmer temperature. Warm air helps speed up the drying process significantly.
✔ Clear All Furniture
Please remove all furniture from the areas being cleaned. We do not move furniture, and cleaning will be performed only in accessible areas.
✔ Vacuum Thoroughly
Carpets should be vacuumed prior to arrival. Excess debris can impact cleaning results. (If needed, we can vacuum for an additional fee.)
✔ Provide Access to Water Spigot
We require access to an outdoor water spigot. Please ensure it is turned on and accessible.
✔ Plan for Entry Access
Ensure someone 18+ is present, or arrangements have been made for entry.
🚐 DAY OF SERVICE
✔ Parking Access
Our van must park as close to your door as possible (within ~200 feet). Please reserve space if needed.
✔ Pets & Children
For safety, please secure pets and keep children clear of work areas during service.
✔ Technician Safety
Our technicians wear shoes for safety and insurance reasons. Thank you for understanding.
💧 AFTER YOUR CLEANING
✔ Drying Time
Carpets typically dry within 6–24 hours (up to 48 hours for heavier treatments). Airflow is key—please leave windows slightly open if possible.
✔ Do Not Replace Furniture
Wait at least 24 hours before placing furniture back on carpet.
✔ Expect Possible Wicking
Some spots may reappear as carpets dry (this is called wicking). If this happens, contact us—we’re happy to return for a touch-up.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
Pet Stains/Odors: May extend beyond carpet into padding or subfloor. Complete removal is not always guaranteed.
Filtration Lines (edges/black lines): Require additional treatment and may not fully come out.
Carpet Wear/Traffic Areas: Cleaning improves appearance but does not repair wear or crushed fibers.
💳 APPOINTMENT POLICY
A credit card is required to hold your appointment.
Cancellations without notice may be subject to a $99 fee.
